We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Project Manager to join our dynamic team. This role is essential in driving operational efficiency and elevating customer experiences while supporting our program management efforts. As a Project Manager, you will lead complex projects from conception to completion, coordinating with cross-functional teams and leveraging your experience and industry best practices to deliver results. You will be directly responsible for managing complex initiatives such as integrating Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and other technical systems, standing up or relocating fulfillment center operations, building experience requirements for technology teams, and bridging the gap between non-technical stakeholders and technical delivery teams. With a focus on developing schedules, unblocking obstacles, and managing risks, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring smooth project execution across the organization. Your ability to foster collaboration and communicate clearly will directly contribute to FCP Euro’s ongoing success and innovation.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and Manage Projects throughout the organization, and help us build the future of Program Management at FCP Euro
  • Serve as the project manager for initiatives such as WMS integration, fulfillment center launches or relocations, and many technology capability builds
  • Create and manage detailed project schedules and execution plans using tools like Monday.com and Jira, ensuring clear tracking of deliverables, time, and resource allocation
  • Host regular project meetings and provide updates to keep all stakeholders informed of progress, trends, and key decisions in real time
  • Collaborate with stakeholders and leadership to define project objectives, requirements, and success metrics, ensuring alignment and transparency
  • Identify and manage risks proactively, develop contingency plans, and recommend solutions to keep projects on schedule and within scope

Teach and Implement Best Practices
  • Establish and enforce project and program management processes and success metrics across teams
  • Provide training and mentorship to help teams adopt best practices in project management
  • Develop tools and frameworks that streamline project delivery and support program management initiatives
  • Manage ambiguity while balancing both short-term deliverables and long-term goals

Facilitate Cross-Team Collaboration
  • Partner with department leads to allocate resources efficiently across projects
  • Translate between non-technical stakeholders and technical delivery teams to ensure shared understanding and successful delivery
  • Ensure alignment between project goals and organizational priorities
  • Foster open communication and collaboration across departments and functions

Qualifications and Skills
 
  • Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in project or program management, with a proven track record of success.
  • Proficiency with project management software, including Monday.com and JIRA (preferred).
  • Direct experience integrating WMS platforms, standing up or relocating fulfillment centers, and building technical requirements for software development teams
  • Strong analytical skills, with experience using data to drive decisions and improvements.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, able to present complex information to diverse audiences.
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management certification preferred.
  • Ability to manage ambiguity and adapt to shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Compensation
This is an exempt role with a base salary of $80,000 - $120,000 depending on experience, with a total compensation opportunity of $87,000 to $130,000 annually.
