Human Resources Business Partner, Field Operations (Jacksonville, FL)
Build Great Teams. Strengthen Leaders. Improve the Employee Experience.

Reporting directly to the Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO), the Human Resources Business Partner serves as the senior HR leader for an assigned region and the primary people partner to the General Manager and site leadership team. At FCP Euro, we believe employees experience the company primarily through their managers, supported by the systems, programs, and policies that enable their success. As a result, this role is centered on partnering with leaders where the work happens: coaching managers, strengthening hiring and onboarding, developing teams, and creating an environment where employees can do their best work.

Based onsite in Jacksonville, Florida, this is a unique opportunity to join one of FCP Euro's newest operations at the very beginning, working alongside a newly hired General Manager as one of the first leaders in the region. Together, you'll help build the team, shape the culture, establish an exceptional employee experience from the ground up, and support both the day-to-day operation and the long-term success of the business.  This role blends strategic business partnership with hands-on operational leadership. You'll remain closely connected to the business by leading key portions of the employee lifecycle within your region while helping build enterprise HR programs, processes, and systems that strengthen consistency, scalability, and the employee experience across every FCP Euro location.

FCP Euro is the trusted home and online destination for European car owners and professionals. Family-owned since 1986, our mission is to make European vehicle ownership more enjoyable and enduring by delivering the highest quality parts, knowledge, and support people can rely on.  At FCP Euro, we exist to empower owners and professionals with the confidence and support to care for their European cars properly. That commitment has made us more than a retailer, but a long-term partner for those who value quality, expertise, and trust throughout the life of their vehicle.

  • Facilitate talent reviews, calibration discussions, and succession planning.
  • Help leaders build stronger, healthier, and more engaged teams capable of delivering exceptional employee experiences independently.

Build the Future of HR

  • Contribute to initiatives that strengthen recruiting, onboarding, engagement, leadership development, performance management, compliance, and organizational effectiveness.

What Success Looks Like

Success in this role isn't measured by the number of HR transactions completed or employee relations cases closed. It's measured by the quality of the employee experience, the strength of the leaders you help build, and the business outcomes those efforts create.  Success means:

  • Leaders actively seek your partnership before making important people decisions.
  • Managers become stronger, more confident, and increasingly self-sufficient people leaders.
  • Employees feel welcomed, supported, and connected from their first interaction with FCP Euro.
  • Hiring decisions improve because leaders consistently hire better talent.
  • Employee concerns are identified early and addressed before they become larger organizational issues.
  • Teams become healthier, more engaged, and more productive.
  • HR programs become simpler, more scalable, and easier for leaders to execute.
  • Employees across every FCP Euro location experience the same high standards of leadership, support, and culture.
  • Strong employee experiences contribute to stronger customer experiences and better business performance.

What You'll Bring

  • Experience partnering with operational leaders in fast-paced environments.
  • Strong employee relations, leadership coaching, and organizational development experience.
  • Experience supporting hourly and non-exempt workforces.
  • Experience leading hourly recruiting and onboarding from offer acceptance through Day One.
  • Knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.
  • Excellent judgment, communication, facilitation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to balance operational execution and strategic thinking.
  • A continuous improvement mindset with the ability to simplify processes and improve employee experiences.

Experience supporting distribution, fulfillment, manufacturing, retail, logistics, or similarly fast-paced operational environments is strongly preferred.

Voluntary Self-Identification of Disability
Voluntary Self-Identification of Disability Form CC-305
OMB Control Number 1250-0005
Expires 05/31/2026
Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
