FCP Euro is hiring a remote Pricing Analyst to join our Pricing Team. As one of the key drivers in both revenue growth and overall profitability, pricing is a critical function of the business and is key to making FCP Euro the success it is. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who thrives on taking initiative. Not only does this role offer a pathway to advance to the Senior Pricing Analyst position, it will also provide numerous opportunities for interaction with C-suite executives.
The Pricing Analyst is responsible for analyzing pricing data and providing insights to optimize pricing strategy and maximize profitability. The Pricing Analyst will analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and internal cost factors to support data-driven pricing optimization. They will monitor reports and KPIs to proactively identify potential issues, performing initial investigations of these issues. The Pricing Analyst will also perform back testing and modeling for proposed changes, and compile results for review. Additionally, the Pricing Analyst will collaborate with the Senior Analyst on an ad hoc basis to gather additional information and generate reports and analysis.

Responsibilities & Duties
Data, Reporting, & KPIs- Update and review all recurring reporting and KPIs used within the pricing team. Leverage existing backtesting and modeling tools to generate initial results for price change proposals. Draft recurring communications that are sent to outside stakeholders. Run ad hoc reports and analysis at the direction of the Senior Pricing Analyst and/or Director of Pricing
Competitor Scrape Data- Maintain competitor scrape data, ensuring data is up to date and accurate. Prepare recommendations for additions or rotation of SKUs. Curate scrape data to assist with determining pricing for new brands we plan to add to our catalog.
Pricing Exceptions and Compliance- Manage and review all manually priced SKUs that live outside of normal pricing mechanisms. Review MAP brands for pricing compliance. Ensure all data connectors are functioning correctly.
Experience and Skill requirements
This is an exempt salaried role with a base salary of $55,000 - $70,000 depending on experience, with a total compensation opportunity of $60,000 to $75,000 annually.

Experience and Skill requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Data Analytics, or Accounting
- 2+ years of experience in finance, pricing, or data analytics OR recent graduate with applicable internship experience
- Basic understanding of database structures and the ability to write simple SQL queries
- Ability to draw insights from data and tell a story
- Ability to write complex Excel and Sheets functions such as Vlookup, Index Match, Pivot Tables, etc.
