FCP Euro is looking for a passionate and operationally-savvy Learning Manager, based in Milford, CT to lead the charge on training and development across our high-performance fulfillment centers. From onboarding new hires to launching new locations and coaching future leaders, you’ll architect the learning program that support the growth of employees and the business across multiple fulfillment channels in different locations. 

This role owns the full lifecycle of fulfillment learning: onboarding, role certification, cross-training, retraining, and long-term skills development. You’ll also be the strategic mind behind how training programs align with operational outcomes: think faster ramp, fewer errors, safer processes, and higher throughput. This isn’t just a training job. Responsibilities and Duties

Lead the Fulfillment Learning Strategy: Design and scale training programs across FCs, Pickup Centers, and Retail. Own onboarding, role certification, cross-training, and ongoing development tied to safety, quality, and productivity.
Build and Maintain Training Content: Standardize SOPs, job aids, and instructional materials. Ensure all content is accurate, up-to-date, and easily accessible across locations and roles.
Manage and Coach Learning Coordinators: Lead a team of Learning Coordinators, setting cadence, coaching delivery quality, and supporting performance across all fulfillment locations.
Monitor Training Performance: Define and track KPIs like onboarding ramp, cross-training coverage, and recertifications. Conduct audits and use feedback to continuously improve learning outcomes.
Support Leadership Development: Partner with site leadership to identify high-potential talent and deliver programs that build frontline and future leader capability.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Education, Business, Industrial Engineering); advanced certifications in adult learning or CI a plus
  • 5+ years in fulfillment, distribution, logistics, or manufacturing, with hands-on training leadership experience
  • 3+ years managing people and leading cross-site or cross-functional initiatives
  • Fluency in learning systems (LMS), SOP development, and hands-on coaching
  • Excellent communication and facilitation skills—comfortable leading sessions, influencing peers, and presenting to leadership
  • Operational fluency - you speak the language of warehousing, metrics, and standard work
  • Willing and able to travel to both domestic fulfillment sites as needed
  • Spanish fluency strongly preferred (especially for CT-based candidates)

Compensation

This is an exempt role with a base salary range of $88,000 – $110,000, with a total compensation opportunity of $96,300 – $120,400 annually, depending on experience and qualifications.
