In this role, you’ll be the key liaison between our company and essential partners, including Warehouse Distributors (WDs), dealerships, and tradehouses. You’ll drive collaboration, streamline sourcing strategies, and maximize vendor performance—all while ensuring smooth operations and long-term partnerships.

Responsibilities
- Vendor Relationship Management – Be the go-to expert for our Warehouse Distributors (WDs), dealerships, and trade houses, resolving issues, fostering partnerships, and ensuring seamless collaboration.
- SKU & Pricing Management – Keep pricing and SKU data accurate and up to date, manage discounts on platforms like RepairLink and PartsLink24, and audit vendor brands for optimal coverage.
- Data & Analytics Powerhouse – Leverage data-driven insights to optimize sourcing decisions, track vendor performance, and identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Financial & Compliance Support – Review contracts, monitor vendor spending, and ensure financial goals are met while maximizing savings and profitability.
- Cross-functional Collaboration – Work closely with inventory, procurement, and vendor teams to enhance product availability, improve vendor performance, and onboard new suppliers.
Qualifications
- Experience: 3+ years in vendor management, sourcing, or procurement with a strong ability to manage vendor relationships and resolve operational issues.
- Analytical Skills: Proficient in data analytics tools and Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP), with the ability to interpret complex datasets to drive strategic sourcing decisions.
- Financial & Contract Knowledge: Understanding of pricing structures, rebates, and vendor contracts, with a keen eye for identifying cost-saving opportunities.
- Communication & Collaboration: Strong interpersonal skills to build trust with vendors and internal teams, ensuring seamless coordination and problem-solving.
- Detail-Oriented & Proactive: Skilled at managing multiple priorities, resolving discrepancies, and optimizing processes for efficiency.
- Industry Knowledge (Preferred): Familiarity with automotive or Genuine parts sourcing is a plus.
- Education (Preferred): Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, business administration, or a related field.

Compensation
This is an exempt salaried role with a base salary of $50,000 - $80,000 depending on experience, with a total compensation opportunity of $55,000 to $85,000 annually.
