Join FCP Euro as our Head of Production and take ownership of our end-to-end production operations—bringing high-quality, impactful automotive content to life across every platform. Reporting to the Head of Content and partnering with teams across eCommerce, product, catalog, project management, and marketing channels, you’ll be the driving force behind production excellence that fuels brand equity, customer engagement, and profitable growth.

In this role, you’ll lead the full production lifecycle—from concept to delivery—ensuring every piece of content meets the highest standards of creativity, quality, and relevance. You’ll build and inspire a dynamic production team, guiding them to execute a diverse mix of formats across photography and video that captivate audiences and keep FCP Euro at the forefront of automotive content.

As a strategic and operational leader, you’ll optimize production processes to boost efficiency, scalability, and impact—empowering creative and strategy teams to deliver innovative, retention-driving content. With a focus on continuous improvement, you’ll measure performance, implement best practices, and shape the future of content creation at FCP Euro.

Responsibilities and Duties

Production Strategy & Execution- Own the entire production process from start to finish—ensuring every project is delivered efficiently, on time, and to the highest creative and quality standards. You’ll identify, onboard, and manage top freelance talent and third-party vendors, scaling our production capabilities across photography and video, while maintaining FCP Euro’s signature brand look and feel. From negotiating contracts to managing budgets, you’ll ensure seamless, large-scale execution that meets diverse content needs.
Process Optimization & Efficiency- Constantly look for ways to work smarter, not just harder. You’ll analyze and refine production workflows to boost efficiency, cut unnecessary costs, and enhance scalability. By implementing robust systems for resource planning, production scheduling, and content delivery, you’ll keep operations running smoothly and predictably.
Content Quality & Innovation- Push the limits of what automotive content can be. You’ll ensure that every asset—whether for video, photo, social, digital, or emerging platforms—meets premium quality standards and captivates our audience. You’ll also lead the adoption of new tools and technologies (like AI, 3D, and personalized content) to keep FCP Euro ahead of the curve.
Team Leadership & Development- Inspire, mentor, and grow a high-performing production team that thrives on creativity, collaboration, and precision. You’ll align team efforts with FCP Euro’s eCommerce objectives, customer needs, and business goals—empowering them to deliver exceptional work that drives measurable results.

Experience & Skill Requirements

  • Proven Production Leadership – 8+ years leading production teams and content operations at a senior level, ideally in high-growth, performance-driven environments.
  • Scalable Success – Demonstrated ability to scale content production and streamline operational processes in digital-first or fast-changing industries.
  • Technical Expertise – Deep understanding of content production workflows, video creation, post-production, photography, retouching and emerging industry technologies.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration – Experience partnering with marketing, eCommerce, and product teams to bring impactful content to life.
  • Leadership Excellence – Exceptional organizational, communication, and people leadership skills, with a talent for motivating high-performing teams.
  • Automotive Edge – Background in the automotive industry or a strong personal passion for cars is a big plus.

Compensation:
This is an exempt role with a base salary of $127,000 - $172,000 depending on experience, with a total compensation opportunity of $145,000 to $195,000 annually.
