Inventory Count Quality Associate (ICQA)
The Inventory Count Quality Associate will work alongside the Inventory Leadership team to optimize FCP Euro fulfillment center operations and improve inventory health. Alongside the Inventory Leadership team, this role shares responsibility for the presentation, organization, and cleanliness of physical inventory and electronic records. This role also has an accountability to positively influence all fulfillment center operations by analyzing errors identified through picked, packed or shipped orders. They will also aim to reduce margin erosion and operating expenses by identifying critical areas for stock optimization (including sales velocity, value, and product composition). Lastly, the Inventory Quality Associate must be committed to elevating customer experience by working in tandem with the CX teams.

Responsibilties and Duties
- Verify outbound orders for SKU, quantity, condition, and accuracy before shipment.
- Audit picked and packed orders to identify errors and confirm compliance with quality standards.
- Investigate pick/pack discrepancies and coordinate corrections with Outbound teams.
- Validate bin contents, item labels, and inventory quantities against system records.
- Identify damaged, mislabeled, misplaced, or mixed inventory and coordinate resolution.
- Document audit findings, corrective actions, and recurring defects in Quality Trackers.
- Review inventory movements and transaction history to identify the source of discrepancies.
- Support cycle count efforts.
- Complete nightly, high priority inventory audits.
- Verify inventory accuracy following replenishment, transfers, and location changes.
- Escalate recurring quality issues and inventory risks to the Quality Lead.
- Provide timely feedback to operational teams to help prevent repeat errors.
- Follow inventory adjustment procedures and maintain accurate supporting documentation.
- Partner with Inbound, Outbound, Replenishment, and Reverse Logistics to resolve inventory issues.
- Confirm corrective actions are completed and verify that affected inventory or orders are accurate.
- Recommend improvements to bin organization, labeling, and product placement to reduce errors and improve operational flow.
Qualifications and Skills
- 2+ years of inventory experience, including cycle counting, replenishment, and/or stock optimization.
- Ability to identify process gaps, investigate root causes, and support corrective actions.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, including presenting findings and potential solutions to management.
- Ability to verify outbound order accuracy and maintain accurate inventory and audit records.
- Ability to lift and move items weighing up to 60+ lbs.
- Willingness and ability to complete training and certification on powered industrial trucks (PIT) and other warehouse equipment.
- Must possess a valid driver’s license.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace or Microsoft Office.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate across warehouse teams.
- Warehouse Management System (WMS) and barcode scanner experience preferred.
